Description :
Having witnessed and partaken in the Architectural and Fit Out boom in Dubai since the Year 2004, our founders
were privileged to have delivered some of the earliest outlets to open within The Dubai Mall. These early
Outlets and the processes followed during their execution became benchmarks for the new tenants and even
to the successive everchanging RDD teams.

Description :
The projects tackled by our founders within Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi were the result of the strong relationship that
they had built with the Aldar and the Provis real estate and property management teams. The numerous
Yas Mall projects that were undertaken under the guidance and leadership of our Founders, stand witness
to the quality and integrity of their work.

Concrete At Al Serkal Avenue

Description :
This iconic project, a multi-functional cultural space in one of the significant hubs of contemporary
art in the UAE, was based on a strategy to maximize the events area through building a flexible
and agile, yet acoustically sealed- dividing structures. It involved combining 4 warehouses
to create an events hub that can be configured into 25 different modules.

Akoya by Damac
Project : Akoya Sales Center

Description :
Building Akoya’s first sales center to be inaugurated by the US former president Mr. Donald Trump, was one
of the early challenges undertaken by our Founder. Providing BOH areas for 150 sales staff and an
iconic FOH area for sales meetings, and project launching and showcasing, the Akoya sales center
became the corner stone for the entire project.

Princess Tower Dubai Marina

Description :
Princess Tower comprises 763 units spread over 107 stories including basement floors, a ground floor and 100 levels
above ground. Our Founder’s involvement with this iconic development was specifically to lead the Consultant team
during the handover stage, the Defects Liability Period, and to handover the units to the tenants and
ensure their acceptance.

Description :
This skyscraper is 380.5 meters tall and has 91 floors with 695 apartments and amenities such as spas,
health clubs, business center and gymnasium. Our Founder’s main task as project consultant was to ensure a
timely delivery with the best possible quality and cost efficiency which was successfully achieved,
and highly commended by the developer’s team.

Damac Towers by Paramount

Description :
As the Developer’s representatives and in collaboration with Paramount USA, our Founder
played a pivotal role in planning and implementing the overall execution strategy of this
first of Paramount Hotels & Resorts in the world. This monumental complex comprises of
a 793-Key hotel tower, 1130 Serviced Apartments over 3 towers, and many other
leisure facilities.
